(Learn – Lead – Lift through Earning)

The 3L-earning™ Program is a tailor-made mentorship and project-based learning model that supports the growth of high school and university students through both learning and teaching experiences.

3L-earning guides participants through a three-stage learning journey:

  • Learn: Explore, discover, and experiment with curiosity.

  • Lead: Take initiative, guide your team, and create meaningful results.

  • Lift: Share your knowledge, support your peers, and contribute to society.

This approach transforms the traditional master–apprentice culture into a modern mentor–learner system, where every participant not only gains knowledge but also inspires others along the way.

The 3L-earning™ model is integrated across all foundation programs.
Each participant’s progress is tracked through their roles, projects, and leadership contributions via ITC Coin™, a gamified internal point/reward system designed to recognize effort and impact.

Each step becomes a journey of learning, leading, and giving back — a process that empowers while educating

Program Roadmap

1️⃣ Learn

  • Identify your interests and strengths.

  • Join short learning sessions in STEM, digital transformation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.

  • Develop research and observation skills through short missions and exploratory tasks.

2️⃣ Lead

  • Participate actively in team-based and project-driven learning.

  • Contribute to social impact projects such as Askıda Proje™ and FutureBuilders™.

  • Strengthen communication, time management, and teamwork skills.

  • Transform your ideas into tangible results through project reports and presentations.

3️⃣ Lift

  • Pass on what you’ve learned to peers and new participants.

  • Conduct workshops, mentoring sessions, or community events.

  • Create social value through collaboration and feedback exchange.

   Gains:

  • Early leadership experience

  • Portfolio development

  • Reference letter from mentors or program coordinators

  • Preparation for university and future academic pathways

Learn Level participants join as apprentice members, taking part in various activities according to their skill level.
They develop their abilities through STEM workshops, social responsibility projects, competitions, and community events.

Lead Level participants with prior experience take on the leader role, guiding newer members and coordinating team activities.
They mentor Discover-level participants, organize workshops, manage project teams, and take on voluntary leadership responsibilities within the Foundation.
