YES Foundation, based in Ankara, is a civil society organization.
Our mission is to discover young talents in engineering and technology who will shape the future of Turkey and the world, equip them with knowledge, vision, and a sense of responsibility, and transform this potential into a value that strengthens both our country’s competitiveness and global scientific contribution.

YES Foundation is an independent organization, not affiliated with any institution, and operates with its own legal entity. It is governed by a three-tier structure consisting of the Board of Trustees, the Board of Directors, and the Supervisory Board.

All activities of the Foundation are subject to independent audits within the framework of relevant legislation.
Membership is based on volunteer participation, and the aim is to ensure sustainability through donations and transparent resource management.

The Foundation carries out its activities with processes built on merit and responsibility, guided by an open and accountable approach that prioritizes public trust.

Our Activities

As the YES Foundation, we carry out work in the following core areas for young people:

Identifying talented youth and supporting them through one-to-one mentorship
Offering project-based learning, maker workshops, summer/winter schools, and internship programs
Preparing students for national and international competitions, providing mentorship for teamwork and leadership
Creating role models for high school students through our scholarship and apprenticeship programs with university students
Ensuring sustainability of impact through training programs designed for teachers
