Shared Project Opportunity Platform
The Shared Project Opportunity (SPO) Platform [Askıda Proje] is a collaborative digital model developed by the 3G Foundation.
It connects SMEs, entrepreneurs, and startups with youth teams who transform real-world business ideas into functional digital solutions.
Organizations and entrepreneurs post project ideas or needs that they cannot currently implement due to limited time, budget, or technical resources.
Youth teams then review these shared opportunities, submit proposals, and collaboratively develop practical outputs — such as inventory systems, customer management tools, social media automation, or website applications.

How It Works
1. Project Shared
-
Organizations, startups, or entrepreneurs post project needs or challenges.
-
The details can start as draft ideas or incomplete descriptions.
2. Evaluation (Taking Off the Board)
-
The 3G Foundation team and expert mentors assess each submission for feasibility and impact.
-
Approved projects are “taken off the board” and prepared for implementation.
3. Needs Analysis (via ReqMind)
-
Using the Foundation’s AI-powered ReqMind tool, initial ideas are transformed into clear requirements and actionable task lists.
-
This accelerates project progress and ensures quality outcomes.
4. Collaboration Agreement
-
If the project serves internal needs, contribution levels are defined.
-
If it carries commercial potential, a partnership agreement protecting mutual rights is signed.
-
Approved projects are announced within the YES Universe pool to attract suitable youth teams.
5. Team Matching
-
Student or youth teams apply to take part.
-
Selected teams are matched based on skillsets, and assigned mentors guide them through the process.
-
Project Sprints - Milestones
-
Work is conducted in agile sprints.
-
Progress is monitored through interim deliveries and mentor feedback.
6. Final Delivery
-
Completed solutions are delivered to the organizations.
-
Youth teams receive ITC Coin rewards based on contribution and performance.
7. Evaluation - Closure
-
Feedback is collected from all stakeholders.
-
Success stories are shared publicly.
-
Final evaluations are completed using the RACI model (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed).
*All projects and collaborations developed within the scope of the platform are protected under the shared rights and responsibilities of the involved parties.
In the event that a product or intellectual output is further developed, the intellectual property rights of the Foundation, as well as the contributions and efforts of participating volunteers and partners, are duly recognized and taken into consideration.
