Chairwoman of the Foundation
With nearly 30 years of experience in software engineering and academia, Dr. Yıldırım İmamoğlu has led national and international projects in digital transformation, strategic management, and software development across the public and private sectors.
As the founder of the foundation, she plays an active role in career development in STEM fields, guiding young people as a mentor and leader.
Board Member – Vice Chairman
Recognized for his extensive expertise in financial management and strategic planning, Büyükşan designs sustainable and effective solutions. His focus on sustainable growth, resource management, and long-term financial planning ensures that entrepreneurial initiatives remain strong and aligned with the foundation’s mission of empowerment and impact.
Social Impact Projects Lead
An expert in education, youth programs, project development, and science center establishment and management, Ege has led collaborations with both public institutions and the private sector. With her expertise in strategic planning and team coordination, she plays a leading role in bringing innovative projects to life.
Research & Development Program Lead
An honors student in Physics at MSU with minors in CS and CMSE, İmamoğlu works on projects in astronomy, software, artificial intelligence, and energy, including research in the DUNE experiment. He inspires young people through interdisciplinary STEM solutions. He designs and coordinates R&D project programs at high school and university level, and supports mentorship, methodology, evaluation, and publication processes.
Board of Trustees Member – Vice Chairman
An engineer and technology expert specializing in artificial intelligence, software development, and autonomous systems. Within the foundation, he contributes to the design and implementation of innovative technology-based solutions, while encouraging young people to explore the future of AI, automation, and next-generation technologies.
Board Member – General Secretary
Keskin is known for her active role in youth programs and social responsibility projects, aiming to increase social impact. Within the foundation, she focuses on developing programs that enhance student participation particularly in aerospace and space sciences, while also fostering curiosity, innovation culture, and a strong sense of social responsibility among young people.
Student Projects & Peer Learning Lead
Supports students in actively engaging in engineering and design processes through a peer-learning approach within competition and project teams across Türkiye. Contributes to the development of technical production, teamwork, and problem-solving skills by sharing experience in hands-on project environments.
Molecular Biology & Genetics Program Lead
Graduating with honors in Genomics and Molecular Genetics from Michigan State University, Cutinho also completed a minor in Mathematics. Passionate about cell reprogramming, protein engineering, and developmental biology, she focuses on applying her experience through hands-on research. She is committed to mentoring students, making complex scientific concepts more accessible and engaging for young researchers.
