How It Works

1. Project Shared

• Organizations, startups, or entrepreneurs post project needs or challenges.

• The details can start as draft ideas or incomplete descriptions.

2. Evaluation (Taking Off the Board)

• The 3G Foundation team and expert mentors assess each submission for feasibility and impact.

• Approved projects are “taken off the board” and prepared for implementation.

3. Needs Analysis (via ReqMind)

• Using the Foundation’s AI-powered ReqMind tool, initial ideas are transformed into clear requirements and actionable task lists.

• This accelerates project progress and ensures quality outcomes.

4. Collaboration Agreement

• If the project serves internal needs, contribution levels are defined.

• If it carries commercial potential, a partnership agreement protecting mutual rights is signed.

• Approved projects are announced within the YES Universe pool to attract suitable youth teams.

5. Team Matching

• Student or youth teams apply to take part.

• Selected teams are matched based on skillsets, and assigned mentors guide them through the process.

• Project Sprints & Milestones

• Work is conducted in agile sprints.

• Progress is monitored through interim deliveries and mentor feedback.

6. Final Delivery

• Completed solutions are delivered to the organizations.

• Youth teams receive ITC Coin rewards based on contribution and performance.

7. Evaluation & Closure

• Feedback is collected from all stakeholders.

• Success stories are shared publicly.

• Final evaluations are completed using the RACI model (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed).

Rights & Protection

 

• The Shared Project Opportunity Platform (Askıda Project) model, methodology, and content are the intellectual property of the 3G Foundation (Youth Evolving and Strengthening Foundation).

• The model may not be copied, reproduced, or used for any commercial or institutional purpose without prior written permission.

• Projects implemented within this model are jointly protected under the mutual rights and responsibilities of the participating parties.
