An Evidence-Based 3Learning Success Story at TEKNOFEST 2026

Members of the governing bodies of 3G Vakfı Global once again made their mark—this time through the young people they mentored.
Behind these results is a powerful story of learning growing into leadership and mentorship.
Four years ago, Oğuzhan Erdoğan, Abdullah Tunç Büyüksan and Siyami Kılıç were students competing and winning awards 🏅 as members of a team I had the privilege of advising. Today, they are carrying that experience forward through their company, Eper Technologies.
Their role has evolved from competitors to mentors. The high school students they trained chose to compete as the EPER-Tech UAV Team, carrying the EPER Technology name into the competition—a meaningful reflection of the trust they built and the value the students placed on their mentorship.

The team placed second in Türkiye in the Free Mission Category of the International High School UAV Competition. 🏆🥈
But this story is not about one team or one award.
Nearly ten high school teams were mentored through this journey, and every one of them qualified for the finals held in Malatya. 💫Their nationwide results included one second-place finish, two fourth-place finishes, one fifth-place finish and one tenth-place finish. 🇹🇷
Together, these achievements offer one of the clearest results-based examples of our 3Learning Youth Development Model—Learn, Lead, Lift—in action. Young people first learn, then lead, and ultimately use their experience to lift the next generation.
3Learning is not a slogan. It is a grounded youth development model that continues to evolve with every new generation and is demonstrated through outcomes like these.
Congratulations to every young person, mentor and team that has been part of this journey. 👏
Success is no accident.Learn. Lead. Lift. 🚀
